What happens after the draw?
Notification of Winners: All prizes winners will be notified by telephone or mail following the completion of the draw(s). Prize winners will be notified by January 16, 2025. The names of all prize winners will be published on our website.
Acceptance of Prizes: Prizes must be accepted as awarded, as per the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation. All values stated are retail at the time of tender, they are approximate and include applicable taxes and freight.
Winning the Car or Taking the Cash
Congratulations on winning the car! If you decide to accept the 2023 BMW X1 XDrive, a member of the Bluewater Health Foundation team will meet you at BMW Sarnia to arrange all the details.
I want to take the Cash!
Don’t need a new ride? You can choose $45,000 cash instead. You will receive payment by cheque on or before January 31, 2025. If you choose to take the cash option, you are declining to accept the vehicle in lieu of a monetary value. You will have no claim to the vehicle.
Additional Information:
Vehicle prize winners must accept the vehicle as awarded or choose the cash alternative, signing a release form for the latter. Winners are responsible for licensing and insuring their vehicles from the time of ownership. Prizes are provided within Ontario, and delivery may be delayed due to market and supply chain issues.
