During the Canada Post strike, printed tickets cannot be mailed. All tickets will be emailed to the address provided at the time of purchase. If you are local and would like a printed copy, you can visit the Bluewater Health Foundation office during business hours to have one printed for you. Please note that you do not need a physical ticket in hand to be entered into the draws — your purchase and ticket numbers are securely recorded in our system.
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. All tickets must be ordered and delivered within the province of Ontario.
A maximum of 160,000 Dream Home Lottery tickets are available:

Yes. Up to three names can appear on a ticket pack. All correspondence and prizes will be issued to the primary ticket holder, which is the first name listed.
Names on tickets can be changed prior to the commencement of draws. Once draws begin, the name(s) on the ticket cannot be changed.
Tickets must be purchased and delivered within Ontario. You do not need to permanently live in Ontario, but you must be physically in Ontario when purchasing.

The Grand Prize winner can choose between the fully furnished Dream Home, valued at $1.19 million, or the $1,000,000 cash alternative.
Lottery prizes are tax-exempt. If the winner chooses the Dream Home, Bluewater Health Foundation will cover applicable legal and title search fees, land transfer tax and municipal occupancy fees before the winner receives title to the home.
Vehicle winners are responsible for licensing and insurance.
If a prize becomes unavailable or cannot be obtained within a reasonable period of time, a similar prize of equal or greater value may be substituted at the discretion of Bluewater Health Foundation.
Winners will be notified by phone and/or email or mail. Major prize winners will be contacted by phone, and prizes under $500 will be mailed to the primary ticket holder. Winners will also be posted on bwhfdreamhome.com.
Yes. Winning tickets remain eligible for all subsequent draws.
No. Ticket numbers are recorded in the official system. Call 1-833-208-4387 if you need assistance or a replacement ticket.
Prizes should be claimed promptly following notification. Any prizes not claimed within six months of the draw date will be reported to the AGCO.
Yes. Dream 50/50 and Dream Calendar tickets are available as add-ons to a Dream Home Lottery order.
There is no overall ticket limit for the Dream 50/50 draw.

A total of 55,000 Dream Calendar tickets will be sold.
No. Lottery tickets are not tax deductible. Prizes are tax exempt.
Tickets cannot be purchased by:
- Employees/board members of Bluewater Health Foundation
- Bluewater Health Board of Directors & Executive Team
- Members of the Dream Home Lottery Committee
- The respective builder and decorator of the Dream Home
- Partners/employees of MNP LLP, Raffle Nexus, Miratel, or other licensed gaming suppliers
